Delivery

Standard Delivery Information:

Orders received by 2:00 pm Mon-Fri will be despatched immediately and received the next business day within the Republic of Ireland. Orders received after 2:00 pm will be despatched the next working day.

We will e-mail you a tracking number and courier information for your parcel as soon as we despatch from our warehouse.

Every care and attention is taken when packaging to ensure that your items arrive at your address in the same condition that they were dispatched.

Please ensure when providing the Shipping Address, that someone must be there to receive and sign for the delivery.

Our Couriers will make several attempts to deliver, however, re-shipping of undeliverable items will incur an additional charge.

Where an option for gift-wrapping or customizing has been selected, an additional charge will be detailed to you at the time of the transaction and billed along with your purchase at Checkout. Typical pricing for gift wrap option is + €3.50 per item.

August Bank Holiday Deliveries:

Our office opening hours will be as follows:

    * Friday 30th July  open 9am to 3pm
    * Closed Saturday and Sunday
    * Closed Bank Holiday Monday 2nd July
    * Open 9am to 5pm Tuesday 3rd August

Delivery Schedule:

    * Orders placed by 2pm on Friday 30th July, will be delivered on Tuesday 3rd August
    * Orders placed after 2pm on Friday 30th July to 2pm Tuesday 3rd August will be delivered on Wednesday 4th August
    * Normal business hours and delivery times resume on Tuesday 3rd of August

For customers who wish to use our Same Day Delivery Service (Dublin 1-24 only), this is available up to 2pm on Friday 30th July and again on Tuesday 3rd August until 2pm.


Same Day Deliveries:

Same Day Deliveries can be arranged for most items in the Dublin 1 to 24 areas. Orders requiring this service must be placed with us before 2pm on the day (Monday to Friday). This service applies weekdays only.

Our Same Day Courier Deliveries cost €11 per address, and are delivered in the afternoon of the day of the order. All orders are subject to availability of stock. Customers must ensure that an authorised signatory is available to take receipt of the delivery. Failure to do this may result in additional costs to the customer for subsequent delivery attempts.

Delivery Rates in Ireland:

  • Deliveries within the Republic of Ireland will be done at a rate of €6.00 for all purchases under the value of €100.
  • Multiple items within the R.O.I will still only cost €6.00 to deliver per order provided the destination address remains the same.
  • Items to the value of €100 or over receive Free Delivery within the R.O.I
    (this offer also applies to ordering multiple items, providing the destination address remains the same).
  • Buying gifts over several different transactions or deliveries to different locations will incur a charge of €6.00 for each individual delivery.
  • Certain items may be subject to a different shipping rate other than our standard rates. Details are provided on the product description page and again at Checkout.
  • Delivery rates to Northern Ireland are outlined below.
  • Deliveries include V.A.T and are calculated from the time payment is processed.
  • Couriers we use are NPX,an Post and Streetlink Couriers

Overseas & Worldwide Shipping:

  • Pressieport requires that all deliveries are signed for upon receipt.
  • We regret that we cannot accept deliveries to P.O. Boxes.
  • We deliver almost anywhere in the world by secure and well-known courier partners.
  • Delivery charges include the cost of postal packaging and courier handling charges.


General Weight Shipping & Delivery Guide:


Ireland – within Dublin area
 
  • Items up to 30 kg - €6.00  (2-3 days or less)

Ireland – outside Dublin area (including Northern Ireland)
 
  • Items up to 30 kg - €6.00  (2-3 days or less)

Mainland Europe and UK (excluding Northern Ireland)
 
  • Items up to 5 Kg - €15.00  (3-5 days or less)
  • Items above 5 Kg will be quoted at time or subsequent to the time of transaction

U.S. and Rest of World
 

  • Items up to 5 Kg - €50.00  (5-10 days or less)
  • Items above 5 Kg will be quoted at time or subsequent to the time of transaction

Please note that delivery times outlined above are defined as business days and do not include weekends, bank holidays or public holidays. Delivery times are from the time of dispatch. Where items are not in stock or awaiting stock, your transaction will not be charged until dispatched. In all cases, orders must be received prior to 12.00pm (GMT). Orders received subsequent to this time may be dispatched by the following business day.


Pressieport may elect to reduce or waive the cost of shipping and delivery for certain transactions or customers at the Company's discretion.
