Charlie and Lola first aid soother is absolutely good for aches and pains!

The straight away way to soothe bumps and bruises! Simply chill the special gel pack to soothe swelling and bruising or use warm for aching aches and pains.

Warm use:

Use the Soother warm for aches and stiffness where there is no swelling.

Warm the Soother in hand hot water for 4 minutes. Test Soother on the back of your hand to ensure safe temperature before use. Place over sore area to soothe for a few minutes.

Cool use:

Its a good ides to store the Soother in the fridge so its ready when needed.

Apply the cool Soother on affected area for 3-6 minutes to help reduce inflammation and ease discomfort. If the temperature is too cold, wrap a thin towel around the pack before use.

Great for bruises, sprains, headaches, insect bites and sunburn.
