Its a weird gel-like rubber ball in a mesh, about the size of a tennis ball and its very addictive. You'll see a lot of surprised faces when people people squeeze this for the first time. It not only feels a bit odd, but it looks really odd in action!

Good Fun while it lasted

This is a fun product, but there are some minor issues, I got a few of these for my fellow office members, for xmas, there was no instructions on them which I believe are needed as one fellow staff member nearly cut off the netting (that gives you the bubbling effect) I stopped them before they could, , and one of the balls broke, spewing out its green goo all over the office members desk, a messy cleanup.

addictive is an understatement.
these are really fun to play with once you're over the initial fear of bursting it.
squishing it, poking single bubbles back in... it never gets old. :)
Best stress ball I've ever came across.
(also easy rinse-able for after those dusty desk moves!)
